To say that the Staff, from part time Assistants to Management, is Kids Country's greatest asset is a crushing understatement. Each and every employee knows my son (and me!) by name. Each and every employee knows EVERY child's name. We came from a center where we had to seek out staff each morning when dropping my son off; he is now greeted with numerous “good mornings!” and open arms. The same goes for departing every day. I am confident that every employee is passionate about the well being, mental and emotional development, and physical safety of every child in attendance.
